Here are the different delivery options available. You must select the delivery option of your choice, from the options that will be offered to you, when concluding your order.

We offer untracked shipping via regular mail with stamp by Canada Post. There is no tracking number available for this option. It is the postal traffic, weather and holidays that influence the delivery time.

Delivery without tracking, by regular post with stamp, undetermined delay.
FREE SHIPPING: For any order from $24 to $74.
Delivery without tracking, by regular post with stamp, undetermined delay.
WITH TRACKING
This shipment is made with Canada Post or Purolator, depending on availability, and allows you to have a tracking number.
DELIVERY AT $12.50: For any order of $74 or less.
Delivery with tracking, within 3 to 5 working days.
FREE SHIPPING: For all orders of $75 or more.
Delivery with tracking, within 3 to 5 working days.

International Delivery - Europe
6 to 10 working days
The rate for this option is $50. This shipment is made with Canada Post, with a tracking number.
The customer is responsible for providing and ensuring the accuracy of the postal address. Return shipping costs for a package are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is presumed lost, the customer is required to notify us no later than 30 days following the date of shipment indicated on the email notification. We undertake to check with Canada Post for lost packages. After this time, it is not possible to investigate with the carrier.
